Airfryer parsnip chips with smoked paprika, BBQ mayo dip

Airfryer parsnip chips with smoked paprika, BBQ mayo dip

Roast parsnips are a seasonal favourite on the big day, but did you know they also make a fantastic snack when cooked in the airfryer? We’ve gone for a smoky flavour here but experimenting with seasoning is easy - why not try the chips dusted with Garam Masala, or garlic & herbs? Don’t have an airfryer? No worries - just preheat your oven to 200c (180c) and simply spread the parsnips on a baking tray. Toss the parsnips in a little olive oil and cook in the oven for 12 - 15 minutes, or until nice and crispy!
