Airfryer parsnip chips with smoked paprika, BBQ mayo dip
Preheat the airfryer to 200c.
In a large mixing bowl, toss your parsnips with the olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt and pepper. Mix well to combine.
Once coated, add the parsnips to the airfryer basket and fry for 10 - 12 minutes (depending on thickness), tossing them halfway through.
Mix the mayonnaise and BBQ sauce together to make the dip and serve immediately with the crispy hot parsnip fries.
