This free prize draw competition is open to UK residents, aged 18 or over. Employees of WRAP, partner/s involved in the competition, or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the Promotion or helping to set up the Promotion shall not be permitted to enter.
Entry into the Promotion shall constitute deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions so please read them carefully before entering the Promotion.
Any personal information you supply by entering the Promotion will be held and processed by the Promotor or on its behalf in accordance with WRAP’s Privacy Policy found at https://wrap.org.uk/privacy-policy and will only be used in connection with this Promotion.
The Promotion starts on Monday 6 March at 00:01 (GMT) and ends at 23:59 (GMT) on Sunday 12 March.
Entries must be received from Monday 6 March at 00:01 (GMT) and before 23:59 (GMT) on Sunday 12 March. Entries received outside of this time period will not be valid.
You can enter the Promotion at www.lovefoodhatewaste.com/fwaw. Entries are limited to one entry per person, per email address. If an entrant posts more than one entry per email address, then only the first entry for that email address will count.
The first winner, selected at random, will win a Panasonic 4-in-1 Steam Combi Microwave Oven. The second winner, selected at random, will win a Kenwood MultiPro Go Super Compact Food Processer. Each of the final 50 winners, selected at random, will win a Hellmann’s Hamper containing: 1 x Hellmann’s Real 430ml, 1 x Hellmann’s Light 430ml, 1 x Hellmann’s Roasted Garlic Mayonnaise 250ml, 1 x Hellmann’s Chilli Charger Mayonnaise 250ml, 1 x Hellmann’s Garlic & Herb Sauce 250ml, 1 x Hellmann’s Fat Free Salad Dressing 210ml, 1 x Hellmann’s Thousand Island Salad Dressing 210ml. By entering the Promotion, you give permission for WRAP to use your name and in communications about this promotion, and on the Love Food Hate Waste website and social media channels.
The winner will be contacted via the email address used to enter the Competition by 23:59 on Monday 13 March 2023.
The winners must provide the Promoter with proof of identity and proof of their home address to establish eligibility before being confirmed as the final winners and before delivery of the prize is arranged. The Promoter will provide the winner’s address to the Prize donors for the delivery to take place.
If the Promoter does not receive a response from the winner(s) within 72 hours of its first attempt at contact, the winner(s) rejects their prize, or the drawn entry is subsequently found to be invalid or in breach of these terms and conditions then the prize(s) will be forfeited, and the Promoter shall be entitled to select another winner(s).
The prizes will be delivered to the winners at their home address within the UK.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize that are not specifically included in the prize.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of the same or higher value should the original prize(s) become unavailable for circumstances beyond its reasonable control. The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
The Promoter reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Promotion with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control.
The Promoter will not be liable for any failure of receipt of entries and takes no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered as a result of entering the Promotion or accepting the prize. Nothing shall exclude the liability of the Promoter for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions.
The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
