Intro

You are more likely to care where food has come from and how it is grown, compared to people across the UK on average. For you, quality is more important than price, and you are the least likely to throw away food. You may enjoy shopping for food at a farmer's market or greengrocer and are less likely to dine out or order takeaway.

Tip

Shopping lists are the first weapon in your arsenal when it comes to fighting both food waste and extra spending. Find a method of writing a list that works for you. We are all different, so here are a few options to try to find one that is best for you. Use a whiteboard on your fridge, pen and paper or your mobile phone. You can also try buying loose fruit and veg so that you don’t end up with more than you need!
