Turkey and Peppadew® Mild Piquanté Peppers Chopped quiche

200g Roast Turkey shredded, or chicken or any other poultry
100g Feta cheese
1 tbsp Peppadew® Mild Piquanté Peppers Chopped
100g Cheddar cheese, or any other hard cheese
3 eggs
1 cup fresh cream, or crème fresh
½ cup roasted red onion sliced
3 sheets of filo pastry
Butter or margarine, melted to brush on pastry
Preheat oven at 200c and grease muffin tins
In a bowl make the filling by adding the turkey, feta cheese, Peppadew® Mild Piquanté Peppers Chopped, red onion and have the cheddar cheese together
In another bowl mix the fresh cream and eggs together
Cut the filo pastry into squares to fit into the muffin tins
Layer the filo pastry brushing with butter in between
Add spoonful of the filling into each cup
Pour over the egg mixture until just to the top
Bake 20 -25 minutes or until egg mixture is cooked
Remove from the oven and serve warm with a leafy green salad
Chefs tip: Replace the turkey with any Poultry meat desired
