Love Food Hate Waste: Lonely Foods Restaurant Voucher Competition (‘the Promotion’):

  1. The Promoter of the Promotion is WRAP, registered Charity No. 1159512 and registered as a Company limited by guarantee in England & Wales No. 4125764. Registered office at Second Floor, Blenheim Court, 19 George Street, Banbury, Oxon, OX16 5BH.
  2. This free competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of WRAP or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter.
  3. Entry into the competition shall constitute deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions so please read them carefully before entering the Promotion.
  4. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Twitter. You are providing your information to the Promoter only.
  5. The Promotion starts on Friday 23 June 2017 at 00:01 (GMT) and ends at 23:59hrs (BST) on Saturday 22 July 2017.
  6. Entries must be received before 23:59hrs (BST) on Saturday 22 July 2017. Entries received after this time will not be valid.
  7. Entries are not limited to one entry per person. Entrants may post multiple entries, across one or more of the three social media channels (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter), and each one will count.
  8. There will be three winners, one from each social media channel (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter) who will each be selected at random on Monday 24 July 2017 by the Love Food Hate Waste campaign team, from all valid entries entered.
  9. You can only enter this competition on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
  10. To enter you must:
    • Take a before and after photograph of the tasty dish that you have made using your leftover food item that may otherwise be wasted, using as many or as few additional ingredients as you’d like.
    • Share your photograph in one or more of the following ways using the #FoodLoveMatch hashtag:
    • Facebook – as a comment to our competition post
    • Twitter – as a Tweet from your account, tagging @LFHW_UK
    • Instagram – as a post from your account if your account is public, tagging the photo with @LFHW_UK. If your account is private, we will be unable to see your post and your entry will not count. If this is the case, please enter via Facebook and/or Twitter instead
  11. Entries which include offensive or inflammatory content, breach copyright, or breach the content guidelines of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or The CAP Code, will be deemed invalid and individuals may be reported to the social media.
  12. Do not post personal information in entries, such as addresses, phone numbers, e-mail addresses or other online contact details, which may relate to you or other individuals.
  13. There is one prize draw for each social media channel, with a prize of a Restaurant Choice voucher worth £100 each.
  14. By entering the competition, you give permission for WRAP to use your name and comment in communications about Love Food Hate Waste’s ‘Promotion’ and on the Love Food Hate Waste website and social media channels.
  15. The winners will be contacted via social media by 10:00 (BST) on Tuesday 25 July 2017.
  16. The winners must provide the Promoter with proof of identity and proof of their home address to establish eligibility before being confirmed as the final winner and before delivery of the prize is arranged.
  17. If the Promoter does not receive a response from the winners within 72 hours of its first attempt at contact, the winner rejects their prize, or the drawn entry is subsequently found to be invalid or in breach of these terms and conditions, then the prize will be forfeited and the Promoter shall be entitled to select another winner.
  18. The prize will be delivered to the winners at their address within the UK mainland. Delivery to an address within the UK that is outside of the UK mainland will incur additional delivery charges.
  19. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize that are not specifically included in the prize.
  20. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of the same or higher value should the original prize become unavailable for circumstances beyond its reasonable control. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
  21. The Promoter reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this competition with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control.
  22. The Promoter will not be liable for any failure of receipt of entries and takes no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.
  23. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize. Nothing shall exclude the liability of the Promoter for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
  24. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions.
