Two Week Menu

Our two weekly planner is full of delicious meals to cook each day. There is a shopping list for each week, which will also help us manage our fridge and freezer so we're not having to shop too often or waste too much food.

Week One

  1. Monday

    Make double the sauce and you can freeze it to use for Saturday's shepherds pie

  2. Tuesday

    The salsa is also great with chicken or lamb

  3. Wednesday

    Why not finish off any left over veg from Tuesday

  4. Thursday

    Use other canned fish like salmon or sardines

  5. Friday

    Always a hit with the children

  6. Saturday

    A quick warming and nutritious winner

  7. Sunday

    Keep the bones to make delicious stock

    A delicious way to use up leftover roast chicken

    Use up any veg left from Sunday roast

    Cook double and freeze the extra in individual portions

  4. Thursday

    Cook extra sausages for tomorrow's packed lunch

  5. Friday

    Extra convenient - everything comes from the freezer

  6. Saturday

    Freeze half to use for future 'quick' dinners

  7. Sunday

    Easy to carve and quicker to cook
