I have tried other recipes and this really is the quickest and best,I shall use it again.also I have past it on a friend.
I made this recipe this morning and I must say it was so easy and turned out just perfect. I shall be making my lemon curd this way from now on.

what can i say this lemon curd is the best ive tasted yet so much better than the bought stuff and quicker to make than trying to open a jar defo make this again and again yummy
