Great for kids

Smoothies are great for using up fruit that needs rescuing and is on the turn. Children love to make them and it is a great way of ensuring they eat their 5 a day.

Ingredients

Makes enough for 4 glasses

  • 400g over ripe peach slices – cut off any soft bits
  • 100g raspberries
  • 200ml raspberry drinking Yoghurt

Instructions

  1. Sieve the raspberries if you prefer a pip free smoothie.
  2. Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
