A simple ever so quick recipe that is really delicious and can use up lots of really ripe fruit. Allow about 3 or 4 plums per person. This recipe also works well if you have over-ripe apricots, apples or pears.

Try having in stock caster sugar, muscavado, honey and golden syrup
Greek yoghurt is good for adding to curries or making quick dips.
Choose fruit yoghurts for quick puddings for the children.
