Fennel, apple and smoked trout salad with Tzatziki
A healthy salad for one that will use up any spare Tzatziki.
Ingredients show imperial units
Serves 1
- Half a bulb of fennel
- Half a red apple
- 50g smoked trout
- 4 tablespoon tzatziki
- Mixed salad leaves
Instructions
- Thinly slice the fennel. Core the apple and chop into bite-sized chunks.
- Mix together with the trout and tzatziki.
- Spoon on top of the salad leaves and chill until required.
