Lancashire is proud to support the Love Food Hate Waste Campaign. We believe that if you've bought food you probably intend to eat it. But with the best will in the world this isn't always the case. A lot of the food that we waste is a result of cooking too much, not being sure of how to use up left overs or confusion about what the dates on food packaging mean.

Throughout the summer months Lancashire's Love Food Hate Waste campaign will be out and about at many of the county's outdoor events and fairs. Look out for the stall at an event near you. And if you do see us, why not stop and share your top tips on making the most of the food you buy and reducing the amount of food you throw away.
