Yes it is possible to freeze sausage raw or cooked. Make sure you follow any freezing or thawing instructions on the label of raw meat. Once defrosted it will go off in the same way as fresh meat so try to eat it as soon as possible.
Cooked sausage is suitable for freezing too, store in containers or freezer bags and remember to date and label. Once it has been defrosted it can’t be refrozen so use it as soon as possible.
