Excellent website. Now we are in recession perhaps people will make a real effort to curb their food waste. It is sickening to think that developed nations waste so much, and create the environmental problems associated with it, while much of the world goes hungry. I remember my Dad, (who no doubt learnt it from his Dad) saying "Waste not, want not" . Well I think that is still relevant today.
