This is a concept very close to my heart and one that I am constantly aware of. Last week I made one roast chicken into 4 sandwiches, 2 salads and a litre of stock. Never waste the bones from any meal! Always throw them into a pot, fill with cold water, add aromatics and let it simmer away while you get on with something else. Love Food, Hate Waste!
