Saturday and Sunday mornings are my 'what can I make from the fridge?' days. I often get a box of eggs and then use any leftover veg, meats or cheeses to cook up omlettes or scrambled egg creations. Always very yummy! Bread is our worst offender. I am currently trying to find a type of brown bread my boyfriend will eat too and getting him to buy half loaves, but there isn't a huge range to cater for two as most loaves and baguettes are family sized, this is something the supermarkets could really help us out on!
