We eat everything we make, with the waste, ie. the veg peel going to the compost bin. Whatever is left over we just cover in the fridge or freeze for another day. It's not rocket science. Why throw food away? It's expensive and unnecessary. Buy from local shops, support your local producers at farmers markets. Try to not shop at a supermarket for a month and see how much you rediscover the joy of food.
