Add your voice

I am very pleased to find that so many people in the UK hate to waste the food. It only needs a bit of forward thinking, organisation and imagination. Majority of my cooking is based on combining the leftovers (vegetables, meet etc.) with some fresh ingredients. I hardly ever throw anything in the bin, not even the old bread. I use it to make the breadcrumbs or feed the birds with it. I grew up in the family where wasting the food is a sin.
