I love this site, most recipes I see always make enough for 4 people! Where as I only need to make enough for 2 adults I child (2 and a half) I now freeze leftover's and treat them as 'ready meals' and my shopping bill has gone down from knowing what I can freeze, I need a bigger freezer now!
