Advice , handed down through the generations, make enough to eat on the day, then reheat on the next, any leftover should then be discarded. Hindu saying; fill your stomach with a 1/3 food, 1/3 water, and leave 1/3 empty to aid digestion. Thus eating enough for the body and not wasting anything.
