Check your freezer for the odds and ends and create a recipe from what you have left. Use your imagination! I think chefs and cookery magazines have a responsibility to show us more 'leftovers' recipes. I would like to see a recipe book solely using leftovers as ingredients, it could raise money for homeless charities - so come on celebrities get started!
