A clever site with lots of good ideas. I hate waste and try not to throw food away. My tip is to keep a printed list of what you have in the freezer together with the month/year frozen. Cross out when used, and update regularly. Keep the list on the freezer! This prevents items being forgotten and helps to plan future meals at a glance.
