I feel guilty about the amount of food I throw away. Travelling a lot for business can make it a challenge. Retailers need to look at their recommendations on key chilled ingredients e.g cheese as often packs say 'once opened eat within 2 days'. Either shelf life needs to be increased or pack size reduced to help us who don't want to eat the same thing everyday or stay away from home during the week!
