Cooking with good ingredients may seem to cost a little more but so long as nothing goes to waste it all makes sense in the long run. I have just found a copy of an out of print book from 1971 'Left Over For Tomorrow' by Marika Hanbury-Tennison. It is hard to find but worth seeking out.
