This is a wonderful campaign and have always tried to not waste food. I am from the generation that had domestic science taught at school, something I will aways value. We learnt to plan meals and budget. I remember making a three course meal from £1.00. I feel food tech now taught in schools is no where near as good. I have two teenage children and I am passing on the skills learnt in the early 70s.
