Add your voice

Over Christmas I've really bought into the 'cook once eat twice concept' and for the first time have wasted much less than normal. Left over gammon has been frozen and used in risotto and various bits of cheese will be crumbles into sauces. It's still work in progress, but definitely a huge improvement!
