Why cant we have food waste collection like they do in South Wales. I spent Christmas with my daughter and she is given a receptacle by the Council for food waste and it was just like our 'pig bins' we had in London during the war, all the scraps, tea bags, peelings, etc; all went into the bin. Absolutely wonderful idea. I also think it makes people more aware of just how much they are throwing away wastefully.
