With a couple of key ingredients, you can create something really tasty from what’s left in your fridge. When I have things I need to use up, I boil up some pasta and then throw everything into a pan with some chilli oil mixed in and it always comes out really well. It just shows that with a little imagination, you can turn almost any leftovers in to great tasting dishes.
