My husband pokes gentle fun at my thrifty 'using up' of every kitchen scrap however, we're never without food and I can always whip up a feast for friends and family at a moments notice using all the things I've saved in my freezer. There's too much waste in the world. I'll continue to use every last little bit in my kitchen and support this campaign. Just seen a banana going brown so I'm off to make some banana, date and walnut bread!
