Basically I don't waste a thing ! If you have to drive to shop for it, bring it home, store it, prepare it, cook it - why WASTE it ! You are wasting a lot more than just the food ! Petrol, time, money, electricity/gas. I find most people I talk to, do not think forward more than the meal they are cooking just now. Come on Britain, just think a little bit further ahead.
