Add your voice

I've been planning my menu week-by-week for some years now - I only buy what I need and it definitely saves time, money and stops you buying things you don't really need. I also have a folder of "favourite" recipes and I've cross-referenced some of the common ingredients so that I cut down on waste that way too - for example, if I have a recipe which calls for creme fraiche I try and find a couple more for the week so that the whole tub gets used up.
