Nearly everything left over in the food line can either be made into soup or pate. For soup just add left-overs to a good stock then blitz and heat. For pate blitz or mash left-overs with some grated cheese and a little mayonnaise or salad cream, pack into ramekins and serve at dinner parties or use in sandwiches.
