I love this site! It has upset me when I have wasted food in the past so I am learning a great deal from this website and passing the link on to family and friends. It especially upsets me when meat is wasted so I will apply principles of 'buy what you need' there. Some animal gave its all for that meat in my fridge - it just feels so wrong to waste it!
