Having an infant and toddler to cater for I need to create small fresh portions to tempt their tastebuds, leftovers from the grown ups suppers are transformed, saving my conscience, my pennies and my sanity! Reducing the stress inflicted when having to traipse the children around supermarkets, pondering menus en route a thing of the past. Shopping list at the ready I can even trust hubby to do the shopping!!
