Add your voice

I now cook from scratch and grow my own fruit and veg. I compost as much as possible and recycle tins and pots in the garden as planters and lanterns. It has taken me until the age of 35 to understand what my parents did naturally all their lives. Having lost them both in the last 18 months, I just wish I had realised sooner. They would be proud to see me so passionate about it too. It is so empowering to only buy what is absolutely necessary - and not be sucked into advertising and product placements - or the stupid "buy one get one free".... B.O.G.O.F indeed!
