We as a family waste very little, we plan our meals in advance and use our freezer already, i saw an advert featuring the crying pear on a bus earlier, but i am part of an eco site called footprint friends (www.footprint friends.com) and saw a link, i thought I would come and see the site. I enjoy cooking, but I was shocked how much some people waste! We cook pasta most Mondays, especially when we've had roast chicken on the Sunday-we add that! It's really important that we all take responsibility, children and adults all around the world are starving, and we waste so much, those 1 million slices of ham we throw out each day, they could fill the stomachs of the starving, and so could the 1.3 million yoghurts and yoghurt drinks!!!
