Add your voice

I grew up with not very wealthy parents, the left overs would not go to the dogs, they would go to some thing else my mum would whip up. Throw in a few ingredients and you have a whole new meal. Since having my own children I have seen what my parents went through with tight money and expenses everywhere, why should food be just another expense- why not let it be an adventure?
