Love your website. On a tight budget I don't have many leftovers. Do make fridge soup - packet of French Onion or Chidken Noodle plus whatever veggies are in the fridge plus water. Often cook extra and place one/two meals in the freezer in margarine container for those rushed days. Look forward to reading your news. Thanks, Jean
