Whenever you make a chilli, bolognese, shepherd/cottage pie etc. for 4 people use half a pound of mince and 120g of bulgar wheat this saves money on meat and lets you freeze half the pack,and adds fibre to the diet- and no-one will notice. If you have anything left over after cooking freeze it; even a small amount will do as a jacket potato filling/topping.
