In accordance with this campaign, our philosophy has always been to follow the Italian way and make the most of our specially selected ingredients. One of the most important traditions we have learnt from the Italians is their rigorous economy with ingredients – never throw anything away; stale bread made into soups, left over meat and their juices used for pasta sauces, cheese rinds to flavour stocks.
