What a great campaign, and what a great resource this site is! I recently started saving and using all those small amounts of leftover food in a systematic fashion and have been positively shocked at the amount of good food I had previously been throwing away or composting...and I've always thought of myself as a frugal, careful person. When we are blessed with such abundance while so many in the world are not, discarding edible food truly is shameful.
