Add your voice

After living in the UK for 30 years and then moving to Spain the food culture is probably as different as it can be. There is very little waste in rural Spain as food is valued. Recipes can be made from next to nothing using age old methods etc. I have yet to see a microwave in any Spanish kitchen. Old veg or marked veg? It all goes in the pot, gets cooked and is thoroughly enjoyed.
