I use an organic box scheme and find that I have alot of veg in these that I have never even seen before, let alone eaten. So it has made me search out receipes to use up the contents. Many suppliers have receipes on their web-sites and this has really helped. No more waste in our house - not from food and definately not from the packaging as we either give it back to them or some of the small boxes make great seed trays. Worth every penny.
