Add your voice

To help control portion size I found a cook book that had recipes for just one person. I was always pretty good at using up leftovers and thought I only bought what I needed. This cookbook, which includes weekly shopping lists has reduced my waste even more. So I save money as well. It also takes all the thought out of cooking so it seems like much less of a chore and helps to keep me healthy! More cookery books like that one should be produced. I completely failed to find a vegetarian one and have ended up virtually vegan as I found a vegan for one cook book!
