I tend not to dish up food directly to plates to help save on waste, but thinking of ideas for those leftovers is often a chore in itself. Now that I've found this site I will never have that problem again, and it has so much to offer besides. I don't know how I survived without you. It also rather saddens me to realise that we do waste so much food, when there are children in the world who would be grateful for the slightest morsal of what we throw away, we really are quite selfish aren't we!!
