Add your voice

I can't stand waste, so I'm a great one for the leftover, as my family know very well. I can't bear throwing out food and am a creative recycler of dishes. The ‘Love Food Hate Waste’ campaign is right up my street and demonstrates to inveterate 'chuckers out' that with a little of bit of imagination we can really reduce the amount of food we throw out, to the benefit of the environment. Seeing leftovers as the basis for tomorrow’s lunch is so much more creative than just reaching for the bin.
