We all need to take a step back and think of others..where did that food come from? How was it produced? Was it fair? If more of us bought locally and every few days, as our parents and grand-parents did, then there could be far less waste, exploitation and dare I say need to do HUGE food shops so that we have everything at once! What we have today in many ways, is not progress. Consider changing just one aspect of the way we shop or even eat......if we all did it, the UK could set the blueprint rather than be coming in last.
