I buy a weekly organic fruit and vegetables box and this means we eat in season as well as reducing waste, it was a challenge to start but now with careful use of food I only buy essentials and staples from supermarkets which is a real bonus. And although initially I thought the portions were tiny I have realised that there is plenty there for my family me and 3 children.
