Not wasting any food is about educating yourself in being creative about leftover food and discovering healthy and exciting meals with what you would normally throw out. I feel inspired by people such as Margurite Pattern, the cookery expert who helped the nation during the war years and post war years to recycle food. People from our generation are going to have to learn to do the same.
