Add your voice

It's very sad that we waste so much food when so many in the world go hungry. If we had to pay the real cost of food we might appreciate it more. I always try to use up left overs and any fruit & veg I put in my compost bin, but really I would rather not waste anything. Over ripe bananas I make banana cake with pecan nuts and chocolate chips. Delicious.
