I love this campaign. Good on you! I have never been able to stand waste. One example is cutting up our jack-o-lantern after Halloween and freezing small portions of it. Every time I bake bread or make soup I add a little of this dark yellow nutritious vegetable. Is there a similar campaign happening in Canada?
